Marine Technology Services was established in 2010 and began in the marine industry providing both services and supplies for marine systems.

Marine Technology Services won a contract to support earth moving operations on Barrow Islands. This allowed the company to purchase a small fleet of machinery and to move directly into the dry and wet hire services for plant & equipment. Eventually the company changed its name to MTS Hire & Sales to realign with its current business activities.

In 2017, MTS expanded its products and services providing dry hire of vessels for marine applications and released its first attachment range for machinery.

To this day, MTS's clientele range from marine, civil and mining; providing dry and wet hire of plant & equipment services, and  supplying high quality products.
